I'm well know for my sweet tooth cravings in my family but as we all know the treats we crave are almost always full of that little demon we all know and love SUGAR and what does SUGAR = FAT which in turn = CALORIES right !!! :(
However for me i've found a sneaky little way of tricking my tummy into believing its filling up on Cola Cubes and Pear Drops by chomping slowly on dried pineapple. I know what your thinking its hardly a fair substitute right? Well that's what i thought but as it happens its actually been working and although it does contain sugar its all natural sugars rather than added sugar flavourings. Give it a try and see how it goes you never know you might just be surprised
