New Year, New Me.. Protein World!!

So today i started Protein World.

Goal weight 132lb

I heard of Protein World, via Twitter i saw so many people raving about how great this weight loss collection is. So i did a bit of snooping - I've never thought of using protein powder for weight loss before, I always thought it was for bulking up and bodybuilding men/women - but after reading about peoples success stories i decided to go ahead and give it a try so i brought it. With a discount code i found it cost £62 and was delivered the next day, Brilliant!!

Basically after having 6 kids and a yoyo diet over the years i finally decided enough was enough and now is the the time to go for it a new year, a new me. So, when I heard about Protein World I was excited. Something about the way they spoke to there customers on twitter made me believe this was the right thing for me, a company that listened and answered every ? i asked them without pressuring me to buy, and the following they have is amazing.

I plan on exercising a lot more to which will obviously help with the weight loss.

Its pretty simple really, with all the collection combined to boost your metabolism you burn fat faster, tone and shape your muscles with regular exercise, it encourages weight loss as you replace meals with Slender Blend protein shakes.

Fat Melter Capsules: These contain guarana extract and green tea which according the Protein World website the combination of ingredients "not only reduces the amount of fat you digest, it also ignites your metabolism". As well as helping your hair and nails grow faster and looking healthier as well as making your skin appear clearer.

Mulit-Vitimins: Significantly increases the amount, and rate, at which the vitamins are absorbed and used by your body. The Multi Vits help support skin health, sleep quality, exercise recovery, and maintain healthy metabolic and biological functions.

The flavour of the Slender Blend Powder I chose is vanilla (seems to be the most popular) but you have a choice of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, banana or naked which i assume means unflavoured. I chose vanilla simply because the reviews of it claimed it tasted just like vanilla ice cream (and it does). I make mine with unsweetened almond milk and love it!! Ive finally found a slimming shake that i enjoy drinking and look forward to the next shake. It really does taste like melted vanilla ice cream its lovely when combined with the almond milk but can be made with water, skimmed milk or coconut milk to! 

The collection also comes with a weight loss guide filled with interesting info on the collection and some great recipes, including Protein Pancakes (I'm looking forward to trying these I've heard they're amazing! will let you know when i do) and whole list of amazing protein shake variations. They also have other collections and products to choose from on their website and more recipes to choose from depending on whether you want them pre or post workout.

So far I'm completely happy with the collection and company i will do a review in a few weeks once I've completed my first tub! But so far its a HIT!!
