Weight Loss Tip Wednesday!


Getting movitivated to loose weight isnt always easy, to me its all about WANTING. 

How much do i really want to loose weight.
Do i want to loose weight for the right reasons-reasons that i can stick to.
Do i want the high calorie foods more than i want to loose weight. 
DO I HAVE THE  WILLPOWER TO SAY NO!!.
How much do you want to lose weight? 
How much more do you want to lose weight than you want to eat that take-away pizza.
List all your reasons for wanting to lose weight, or stay healthy and slim. 
Read your list every morning make it a routine, a priority, place it somewhere you cant miss it like your bathroom or fridge. I have a copy on the fridge and on the what we call sweet cupboard its the place i hide all the goodies from myself that i buy the kids.
