My Fitness Pal

I've been using the myfitnesspal app to track my food while im on my weightloss journey.  The idea is that by keeping track of everything you put in your mouth via a public (you can add friends) chart it helps you stick to a balanced diet and helps you make better choices by sharing menus as it where between fellow LOSERS.. and i mean losers in the nicest possible way ... promise.. :) I've found that it has really boosted my urge to cook, yes i did just say urge and cook in the same sentence..hehe, rather than picking up low cal ready meals/snacks im cooking something all be it small but tasty/low-cal/healthy meal.


Give it a go i'm sure you'll find some inspiration for meal ideas i know i have, i'll be posting some recipes soon, so keep an eye out :)
