Kids Daily Chores

I just started a new household binder and i found this easy kids chore chart printable by The DIY Mommy they have been a god send ever since. As every parent knows its not always easy to get the kiddos to do chores but with this reward chart its made it a whole lot easier for us. This is the chart i choose for my 6 and to be honest it couldn't be simpler they all have a copy that is hanging in there room with each of there names on (i have copy's in my binder as well) so that they can see there progress throughout the week. I choose one that didn't have to much on for them to do just a few little jobs that really make the difference to my day as well as theirs (6 chores for 6 kids, seems fair to me). You can adjust the list to what you want the chores to be i just stuck with the pre-school list to start them off, as time goes on i plan on changing it up a bit especially for my older 2. I got the smiley stickers from eBay.

1. Make my bed
2. Help with laundry (by this i mean put there dirty washing in the basket)
3. vacuum or mop the floor (all my kids love to have a go with the mop anyway so they see it as fun time ) :)
4. Put dishes away (mostly for the older 2, there 10 & 11 but the little ones put there cups away)
5. clean up my toys
6. Brush my teeth (obviously a must anyway)

6 simple chores for 6 very bright children they know that if they keep this up every day for the whole week they earn a treat, but they all have to complete there charts to get it that way they encourage each other to do there chores. There treats are always at the weekend and can range from a takeaway dinner to a trip to the cinema.
It gives them something to work towards and me a few less things to do in my very busy household.

Do your kids have a chore chart? If they do whats there rewards?
