Weightloss Update

Almost There!!! 

Over the last few months ive been on a real health kick i set myself a goal to loose 42lb by june and im pleased to say im almost there... It hasnt been easy and to many times ive almost given in to temptation but somehow managed to plough on through and keep to my goal of a 42lb loss by june just in time for our summer vacation. My average daily menu consisted mostly of fruit and veg with some grilled chicken thrown in at the end of the day and with the help of my new found love for protein shakes its been pretty enjoyable really. I tried to use the treadmill machine that i brought Lee for xmas at least once a week not that much i know but with 6 kids and a house full of animals i was lucky to get that in but when i got the chance i'd try to stay on doing a steady pace (fast walk) for at least an hour when the house was empty like i said not that often :( I havent been able to use it though for the past 2 weeks as im recovering from surgery (post to follow) but will definitly be back on it as soon as i get the go ahead from the doctor. 

Heres what my usual daily menu consists of although i must say im struggling with it at the moment while recovering...

Breakfast melon & grape fruit bowl or a weightwatchers yoghurt 
Snack slimfast bar 
Lunch cracker bread cheese flavours my fav.. & either weightwatchers tuna in coronation dressing or be good to yourself tuna with beans & sweetcorn ...yum!!!
Snack special k chewy delight bar 
Dinner chargrilled chicken salad 
Dessert if i feel hungry is a muller light dessert inspired yoghurt my faves the apple pie 

   

Thats it for a typical day with a rotaion for flavours on the bars and yoghurts but the calories are typically the same for all flavours. 

Ive just discovered these by mini v a new brand started my geordie shore star Vicky Pattison i havent tried them out yet before surgery i was using protein worlds slender blend for a breakfast shake which i must say im in love with but right now cant drink but im sure vickys will be just as good and only 115cal. I'll do a post as soon as ive tested them out but so far ive have only heard good things about them and im pretty sure they have snack bars as well ....

Current weight 9st 10lb = 136lb
Total loss of 38lb
