How I Dress My "Mummy Body"

As most of you know from previous posts i have 6 kids so i have A LOT of experience dressing a mummy body. Over the years I've learned what works and what doesn't, well for me anyway. So I'm going to share with you a few of my DO'S & DONT'S..
When you have kids your body goes through a lot of changes and for the most part its our stomachs and breasts that suffer the most when it comes to post pregnancy.
For me if I'm feeling like i have a little belly or feeling a bit bloated i DONT wear anything form fitting if you were lucky enough to be blessed with elastic skin that's just sprung back then go for it wear the tightest thing you can find..he he :)
A lot of my tops are pretty loose around the mid section but sit nicely on my boobs.
I never buy low waisted bottoms especially jeans they hold no support at all and on me just don't look right. I always get high waisted or at the lowest jeans that sit just below my belly button.
DO make sure you are wearing the correct size if your a large now buy a large don't feel bad or disheartened about it its all part of being a new mum, its always better to wear a size slightly bigger than a size to small and if you a small buy a small always wear the right size otherwise it just doesn't look or feel right.
With dresses i wear loose flowing dresses there pretty, comfortable and easy to deal with the kids in rather than something that is tight.

But most importantly be confident in yourself and what your wearing, be happy with you and the confidence will show no matter what you wear.
